A major £50 million regeneration project in the heart of Corridor Manchester to create a vibrant hub in a prosperous and densely populated location.
The redeveloped Alliance Manchester Business School ‘University Green’ openend in the Spring of 2018 and attracts customers in the form of local residents, office workers from the local business community and staff and students from the Universities.
The old precinct centre has been extensively redeveloped to create over 40,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space alongside a new-build hotel and the newly enhanced Alliance Manchester Business School.
