Metis’ recent initiatives include the redevelopment of a former furniture store on Hanover Street to provide a new home for Wahaca, Reds True Barbecue, Lunya and Roxy Ballroom. Elsewhere, the team have recently secured lettings to New World Trading Company for ‘The Club House’ which overlooks Chavasse Park and The Alchemist for the launch of their new concepts ‘Aether’.
