Homebase assigned their lease to B&M Bargains and the new store opened in September 2018. The Restaurant Group closed the Frankie & Benny’s unit in September 2016 and the property was divided to allow Starbucks and Greggs to open by Christmas 2018. Pets at Home have regeared their lease.
