A forward and aggressive letting strategy has driven down vacancy from around 20% in 2011 to less than 5% today.

The Metis retail team has a long standing involvement with The Rock, a substantial 620,000 sq ft retail and leisure development which opened in 2010. We initially acted for Hammerson, and now for Kennedy Wilson.

Anchored by major names

The scheme has attracted Debenhams, Next, Primark and Vue Cinema alongside H&M, TopShop, River Island, Superdry, JD, Nando’s and Pizza Express among others.

We have also delivered a number of new high profile retailers to the scheme including Simply Be, Footlocker, Lush and Burger King amongst others.  Other lettings have been concluded to Smiggle, Card Factory, Select, Swarovski, Hotter Shoes, Pandora, Subway and Greggs.

A brand new 15,000 sq ft leisure development opportunity

A planning application has been made for this development at The Rock, which is being pre-let by the Metis Leisure agency team.
