Jonathan has over 27 years of property investment experience having previously worked at JLL and Colliers advising on acquisitions and disposals of property investments across the UK in the CBD Offices, Retail/Leisure and Logistics/Manufacturing sectors.
He has also given advice on development funding as well as providing consultancy for both investment asset management and complex mixed-use development schemes.
Over the past ten years Jonathan has transacted in excess of £2Bn, divided equally among acquisitions and disposals. In addition to working with UK based investors Jonathan has detailed experience of working with non-UK based institutional and private investors from EMEA, Asia Pacific and The Americas.
